4+ years of experience in product management, Proven experience managing a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets, Data-first approach – strong data analysis skills for building the right user flow, Experience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar, High level of AI fluency – you use AI tools to write, research, prototype, and build, not just to chat, Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles
Nice to Have
Interest or background in personality psychology, psychotypes, or behavioral economics, Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products, Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment
What You'll Do.
Work on the product roadmap
Lead the strategy and launch of a mobile application in tier-one markets
Conduct user research
and usability tests to validate product decisions
Define and track key product metrics – retention
Collaborate with design to create an intuitive
Daily use of AI tools to accelerate research
Deep dive into personality psychology and psychotypes to better digitize human experience
