What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years commercial experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native, Deep understanding of the mobile application lifecycle, specifics of iOS and Android, Ability to make independent architectural decisions and justify them, Work with analytics SDKs, attribution systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust), push notifications, Experience with releases in App Store and Google Play, understanding of code signing, provisioning, review guidelines processes, Proactive mindset: an approach where you see a problem and propose a solution without waiting for a task assignment, Focus on business results and the ability to balance architectural quality with delivery speed
Nice to Have
Experience migrating web functionality to mobile format or building mobile from scratch in a product company, Setting up CI/CD for mobile applications (Fastlane, EAS, Bitrise, etc.), Mentorship or technical leadership experience, Experience working with applications with a million-plus audience and optimizing for high load
