First Line Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager **Company:** Argon ST **Boeing Defense, Space and Security** (BDS) is looking for a **First Line Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager** (Level K) to join our team in **Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.** **Position Responsibilities:** * Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Test and Evaluation Engineering * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals * Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes * Manages, develops and motivates employees **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location options.** **To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
