Experience in leadership roles of medical visitors (pharmaceutical industry excluding), Experience in rare disease lines and/or specialty (high cost)

Nice to Have

University degree: Marketing, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, Intermediate/advanced English

Achieve or exceed sales targets

Meet Sales Field Force Effectiveness (SFE) objectives

Work with sales representatives to set goals

Proactively anticipate and solve obstacles

Evaluate individual and team progress

Help sales representatives improve skills

Work with cross-functional teams

Ensure correct team training

Ensure correct product positioning

Comply with Quality Management System standards

Search for strategic opportunities

Weekly follow-up meetings

Present results and performance

Collaborate in continuous medical education programs

Work in promotional actions

Cross-functional work with access
