As a First Line Sales Manager, you are accountable for front-line commercial performance, forecast integrity, and sales capability across assigned segments. This role represents a senior commercial leadership position, responsible for translating strategy into results, developing sales leaders, and enforcing disciplined execution through Copeland’s Commercial Excellence framework. You Will: * Own revenue performance, opportunity pipeline health, and forecast accuracy across assigned sales teams or segments. * Set clear performance expectations and hold sales leaders and sellers accountable to outcomes. * Develop sales leadership capability through coaching, talent assessment, and succession planning. * Enforce disciplined application of sales process, pricing governance, and Commercial Excellence standards. * Review, challenge, and guide deal strategy and opportunity progression to improve win rates and deal quality. * Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights to inform senior commercial decision-making.
