Must Have

1 year of leadership experience, 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques, Proficient using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), Willing to work any shifts

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience leading teams, 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators, 3+ years in Manufacturing/Aerospace Management, 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS), Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
