1 year of leadership experience, 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment, 5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives, Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading team, 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment, 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
