What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school Diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership. ”, 5+ years of related experience (semiconductor or assembly manufacturing experience), 5+ years of experience working with semiconductors, test and/or assembly manufacturing, 1+ years of leadership experience in production / manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint., 3+ years of experience with process improvement, 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, Must be a “US Person” as defined by 22 C. F. R. § 120. 15
Nice to Have
A bachelor’s degree is also highly desired., 5 years of supervisory experience over technical work groups in the same or related field is desired.
