First-Line Government & Capital Property Manager (Level K) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) **is looking for a **First-Line Government & Capital Property Manager (Level K) **to join our team in **Heath, OH.** Are you ready to take on a vital role in managing our company's assets? We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Specialist to ensure compliance with contract provisions and enhance our property management processes. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and shop personnel, fostering collaboration to effectively manage property and support ongoing projects. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Manages employees who develop, coordinate and implement property management and control activities. * Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. * Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. * Manages, develops and motivates employees. **To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
