What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment, Experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation and people, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership and colleagues in an operations environment, At least one year of experience in a leadership role OR completed 'Exploring Leadership' course
Nice to Have
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, Familiarization and utilization of lean tools and principles, Digital literacy including proficiency using Microsoft suite, Emotional intelligence and resilience, Hands on manufacturing/machining experience
