What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, 5+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications, 1+ years of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules, Willing and able to work variable shift, Valid FAA A&P Certificate or willing to obtain within 18 months
Nice to Have
A&P License or FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed, 747 (-2) Aircraft Experience
