Ability to Travel in support of Field Team Activities/Work, Ability to Work Daily & Weekend Overtime as required, Requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Secret Clearance for which the U. S. Citizenship., Requires a valid A &P license OR willingness to obtain within 18 months as a condition of employment., Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process, Must meet U. S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U. S. export control compliance requirements, a “U. S. Person” as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62 is required. “U. S. Person” includes U. S. Citizen, U. S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee., An interim and/or final U. S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required., Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, 5+ years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications, 1+ years of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules, Willing and able to work variable shift, Valid FAA A&P Certificate or willing to obtain within 18 months

Nice to Have

A&P License or FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed, 747 (-2) Aircraft Experience
