Our clinics are staffed with pediatric-trained medical providers and compassionate support staff who work together to deliver exceptional after-hours care for children. Role Summary The First Impression Specialist (FIS) creates a welcoming environment for patients and families while supporting smooth clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients; collect insurance and payments Answer and route phone calls Provide snacks and a positive, family-friendly experience Maintain front desk and waiting area organization Support patients, families, and clinic staff as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred 1+ year experience in front office, reception, or medical setting Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus) Must be available for evenings and at least 2 weekends per month Schedule Weekday Shifts: 8 hours Weekend Shifts: 10 hours Rotating schedule with every other weekend requirement Compensation & Benefits (for eligible employees) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation time 401(k) with employer match Career advancement opportunities Opportunities for learning and growth Why Work at UC4C?
