Full Job Description
Firmware Engineer (HyperX) **Description -** We are seeking for a talent who will join HyperX team to create audio product such as Headphones, Microphones, HID devices for Gaming market. Work with internal design team and cooperate with external suppliers to develop the new product design through into mass production, to lead and create more fantastic product to the world. _**Responsibilities:**_ * Firmware project management & communication * Generate Firmware requirement and comand protocols * Develop firmware on various audio products * Develop and maintain USB audio codecs utilizing UAC 1.0 or UAC 2.0 * Define firmware specification, command set protocols, and development timeline for audio products. * Develop and maintain advanced audio signal process algorithms * Develop and maintain advanced audio data compression algorithms * Unit Test firmware to ensure functions meet expectations * Optimize functions and processes to maintain steady performance * Ensure DSP can meet maximum performance when nearly at full load _**Basic Qualifications** : _ * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Extensive experience working with various Codecs and DSP ASICs * Well experienced with various interface protocols (e.g. USB, UART, I2S, SPI, I2C) * Experience developing audio algorithms on MCUs or SoCs ranging from basic high-pass filter to advanced HRTFs * In-depth knowledge of digital signal processing with different types transforms and filter designs * Experience developing firmware for USB HID devices. * Equip with in-house development skillset _**Preferred Qualifications** : _ * Sharp and fast learner that is able to pick up different systems for various DSPs and SoCs * Experience with board-level debugging on various interfaces (e.g. I2S, I2C, SPI) * Experience with Bluetooth Audio on SoCs * Experience with wireless protocols for audio streaming * Working experiences in ODM or IC component suppliers * Love Gaming! _**Education and Experience Required:**_ * Bac
