Must be willing to work at heights, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends to meet customer requirements, Participate in a scheduled On-Call rotation, Willing to travel with extended stay out of town from time to time, Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc., Must be willing to pass background check, Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Tech-savvy and have the skill sets to learn new apps and use them throughout your day, Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals, Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements, Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds, Willing to work at heights, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends to meet customer requirements, Participate in a scheduled On-Call rotation, Willing to travel with extended stay out of town from time to time, Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc., Willing to pass background check
Nice to Have
2 years of experience with pre-engineered fire suppression and vehicle fire suppression systems, Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision
What You'll Do.
inspect and service Fire and Life Safety product lines
Complete ALL tasks while adhering to company Safety Policies
Utilizing Apps and Microsoft applications with ease
Accurately discern and document deficiencies found during an inspection
Inform customers of deficiencies and required or recommended upgrades
Make repairs and/or upgrades while on-site
Professionally always represent the company
Maintain proper stock of equipment
Perform all DOT required safety practices paperwork
Complete all paperwork in a professional manner
Attend all required training and/or meetings
Perform other duties as directed
Up-sell and cross-sell new product offerings and services
