What They're Looking For.
Must Have
NICET II or III - Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems, understanding of Work Health Safety (WHS) Act, and EHS policies & procedures, Demonstrated understanding and experience working within Facility Maintenance or similar technical environment, understanding and knowledge of technical terminology relating to Electrical infrastructure and electronic equipment, understanding of facilities equipment and functionality, understanding of facilities O&M requirements, understanding of equipment maintenance requirements (preventive, predictive, & corrective)
Nice to Have
NICET or II - Fire Alarm Systems, NICET or II - Special Hazards Systems, Experience with Notifier systems, Trade qualification, Enterprise Resource Planning experience. (SAP, Archibus etc. ), Microsoft Office Suite experience
What You'll Do.
testing and maintenance of fire sprinklers
Repairs and installation to suppression systems
Coordinate life safety system impairments
Maintain working understanding of facilities infrastructure
Inspection of fire extinguishers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with operational and maintenance personnel; works closely with the Facilities Operations Team; other Facilities Maintainers; OASIS departments
