What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Sprinkler Fitter Red Seal Certified, Backflow Certification, 5+ years of experience in Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry, Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals, Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs, Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc, Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements, Able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, Overnight travel will be required, Demonstrate a high level of customer service, Maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs, Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures, Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements

Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided to complete all jobs. **How you will do it** · As a sprinkler Service/Inspection fitter, you will efficiently and neatly perform work on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems. · You will maintain proper documentation for work performed and must adhere to company safety policies and procedures. · You will be provided verbal and written instructions, as well as provide verbal and written instructions to apprentices. · You will carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs and be capable of performing physical labor. · You will perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment. · Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with the branch staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. · You will maintain a clean and safe work area. · You will have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly. **What we look for
