What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of demonstrated experience in fire sprinkler system installation, hands-on field work, foreman or lead-level responsibilities, working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, Thorough understanding of NFPA standards (particularly NFPA 13, 14, and 24), applicable local codes, Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, Experience coordinating crews, managing daily construction activities, leadership skills, communication skills, organizational skills, Ability to identify field issues, contribute to practical solutions, change order processes, Commitment to high standards of safety, workmanship, professionalism, Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record
Nice to Have
NICET certification (Water-Based Systems) or equivalent
