Conduct regular fire safety inspections of all building systems, common areas, and tenant spaces to identify and mitigate fire hazards. Maintain operational readiness of fire protection equipment including fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting throughout the portfolio. **Regulatory Compliance and Liaison** Ensure strict compliance with National Building Code of India, local fire department regulations, state fire safety acts, and all applicable municipal bylaws. Maintain current Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) and all required fire safety certifications for commercial properties. Coordinate with local fire stations, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies for inspections, approvals, and compliance verification. Prepare and submit mandatory fire safety reports and documentation to authorities within prescribed timelines. **Emergency Response Management** Serve as primary fire safety coordinator during emergencies, directing evacuation procedures and coordinating with fire brigade and emergency services.
