You will drive service revenue growth, develop and mentor team members, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and maintain a culture of safety. **How You Will Do It** * Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians, including goal setting, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, training, and mentorship * Plan, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to support on-time arrival and first-time fix; partner with service coordinators and schedulers to optimize routing and workload * Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and identify service growth opportunities * Promote a strong safety culture through safety training, job hazard analysis, incident investigation, and compliance with policies * Monitor and report key service metrics such as response time, first-time fix rate, backlog, and on-time completion; implement continuous improvement actions * Ensure accuracy and quality of service documentation, work orders, and reporting; validate parts usage and warranty alignment * Manage resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support service profitability
