College Degree in Business, Five or more years of experience in the Fire Safety industry, Minimum of 5 years sales experience, 3 years of field sales management experience, Demonstrated skills managing a high volume/transaction sales team, Comfortable leading and working in teams, Experienced at project management, Successful selling at all customer levels, Construction Industry experience, Owner relationship development experience, Able to create and develop solutions, Committed to developing and coordinating a hardworking team, Eye for business, Excellent communication skills, Excellent team building skills, Understanding of inter-departmental relations, Proven time leadership skills, Prioritization skills, Delivery against deadlines, Experience managing a team through transition, Experience managing a team through organizational change

BS Technical and/or business/marketing degree, Five or more years in a leadership role
