Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (B. S. ) in Engineering from an accredited college or university in Civil, Structural, Architectural and/or Fire Protection Engineering, zero to three years of experience, Background in Civil / Structural Engineering, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high-level ability to manage multiple clients and projects at a given time, Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems, Experience working with AutoCAD or Revit, communication skills essential for a team-based and team-leading working environment, Excellent planning and organizational skills
Nice to Have
EIT, NICET, PE, Experience in the structural design of buildings or similar structures, Design experience with various materials – steel and masonry, wood and light gauge, Background working in Fire Protection
What You'll Do.
Perform structural evaluation
Perform structural design
Provide fire and life safety code consulting
Assist in performing consulting services
Develop smoke control models/analysis
Develop pressurization models/analysis
Review and provide consulting for life safety
Perform structural fire calculations
Develop fire safety strategies
Perform research and documentation
