Must Have
Construction Experience related to fire alarm and/or fire protection 3-5 years, NFPA, IFC, IBC Code proficiency, project management/construction management experience
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor industry, commissioning projects, project management/construction management certification, A Bachelor of Engineering degree

This role provides continuous oversight of subcontractor documentation, design reviews, and on‑site quality control to ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, local codes, and client specifications. By proactively identifying scope gaps, managing change orders, and driving rapid issue resolution, the personnel safeguards schedule, budget, and safety performance while preventing disputes and re‑work. The position bridges the gap between design intent and field execution, delivering reliable, code‑compliant fire protection solutions that support the overall success of the construction program. **Role and Responsibilities** Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Site walks and Coordination: Field walks and meetings and reports to track construction progress and Stakeholder Communication * Proactive Risk Management * Quality, Safety & Compliance * Budget & Cost Control * RFI/Submittal Review * Decision making using technical knowledge to avoid scope gap, delays and cost over runs **Skills and Qualifications** Here's what you'll need: * Construction Experience related to fire alarm and/or fire protection 3-5 years * NFPA, IFC, IBC Code proficiency * Experience commissioning projects (Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus) * project management/construction management experience and certification * A Bachelor of Engineering degree is a plus. _The current base salary range for this role is between $92,00- $120,000.
