We are the leading fire protection specialists in New Zealand, we have been protecting people and property here for over 130 years and enjoy a reputation as providing the most capable and reliable safety products and services nationwide. **What we offer:** * Fulltime Permanent employment * Company vehicle, smart phone, laptop, and uniform * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskilling **What you will do:** * To sell and service Fire Equipment, provide/offer training and related products to existing and prospective customers including commercial, industrial, governmental and other organisations * To maintain and develop existing customer relationships and to ensure all work carried out meets agreed quality standards * To attain budgeted sales and service targets, ensuring where possible, there is a direct focus on selling or promoting training internally and externally at agreed price structure **How you will do it:** * Test and service all Fire Equipment to NZS 4503: 2005 and related standards, including surveying sites ensuring at all times that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard before being certified * Ensure that various organisations site hazards and risks are minimised by correct training procedures including safety equipment is recommended/used and maintained to relevant NZ standards and Health & Safety requirements * Assess site hazards, check current site procedures being used and make recommendations in line with NZ Standards and Health and Safety requirements * Liaising with organisations and fire service on trial evacuations being done * Examine/assess protective equipment used, advise on correct type and manner used * Ensure all customer inquiri
