If you're passionate about innovation, precision, and making a real impact in the world of security, you'll thrive here. **_What you will do_** As a Systems Engineer at Johnson Controls, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional engineering services to our customers across various aspects of system maintenance, and service delivery across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Fire Sytems . You will ensure that all work meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations and that Johnson Controls is seen as a trusted partner in delivering world-class engineering solutions. In this role, you will take full ownership of all engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and responding to technical call-outs. A key part of your role will be ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers, maintaining excellent communication throughout, and ensuring accurate paperwork and billing records are kept. As an integral member of the Services and Maintenance Team, your ability to work proactively, independently, and as part of a
