What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, reconciliation, payroll, taxation, or operational finance, Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Basic understanding of accounting principles, payroll workflows, and tax compliance, Good command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Familiarity with ERP/accounting tools (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts
and accounting ledgers.
Track outstanding payables and coordinate with internal teams for timely closures.
Support end-to-end vendor payment processing — from invoice validation and approval routing to final disbursement.
Assist in monthly payroll processing
ensuring accuracy in salary data
and statutory contributions (PF
Help prepare and maintain taxation-related records
including TDS and GST entries
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation in tools such as Zoho Books
Support month-end closing activities
and compliance checks.

FINOPS SPECIALIST – AP-AR, PAYROLL & TAXATION Location: Koramangala, Bangalore | 5 days a week in office ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a FinOps Specialist to support our day-to-day finance operations with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, Payroll, and Taxation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their finance career who enjoys structure, precision, and learning the rhythm of financial operations in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work closely with our Finance & Operations team to ensure smooth payment cycles, accurate accounting records, and timely statutory compliance.
