This role combines program management, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency, reduce defects, and deliver measurable improvements in quality. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in quality operations, AI/ML solutions, and process optimization, capable of driving large-scale initiatives across global teams. Key Responsibilities: QC Automation & AI Integration Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline quality control processes. Leverage machine learning tools and platforms to enhance audit efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. Partner with RPA and engineering teams to prioritize and deploy automation initiatives. Reduce manual effort by optimizing workflows using intelligent automation. Defect Reduction Programs Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to reduce defects across quality operations. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement preventive and corrective measures. Define metrics and KPIs to track defect trends and program effectiveness.
