What You'll Do.
Manage payee experience
Manage complex dispute resolution
Identify root causes for problems
Lead initiative of fixing problems
Conduct follow-up tasks
Communicate opportunities for improvement
Analyze key payee trends
Govern mediation requirement
Act as main point of contact for payee
Develop business relationships
Resolve any conflicts
Prepare payee health scorecard
Identify vendor accounts likely to become delivery hold
Pro-actively work on account balances
Address account related inquiries and concerns from payee
Ensure vendors know to use Amazon tools
Analyze metrics relating to operational performance
Present data to vendors and internal teams
Work actively and accurately on an independent
Give great attention to detail
Display initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances
Interact with Retail & Finance teams
objectives and communication
Manage payment failure communication with payees
Work on invoice modification requests
Responsible for invoice ingestion failures
