2 years experience in O2C domain, Bachelor's degree in finance, CFA and 3+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Bachelor's degree in engineering, Bachelor's degree in statistics, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Bachelor's degree in business administration, Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

Perform day-to-day operations
Solve queries related to cash applications
Coordinate with customers
Research and apply unapplied cash
Process remittance advice emails
Ensure timely closure of payments
Respond to customer queries
Research unapplied payments
Work with customer to identify root cause
Resolve open issues on account
Provide growth ideas for process standardization
Provide growth ideas for automation
Perform complex reconciliations on customer payments
