Your language skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will help strengthen relationships with our Finnish clients and enhance their overall experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer queries in Finnish via phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously. * Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. * Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when necessary. * Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support. * Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. * Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software. * Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ready to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance. **Benefits** 1.
