What You'll Do.
develop and manage a Sanctions team
Maintain focus on customer
Take ownership of various projects
Develop effective operational processes
Performance management
Collaborate with Wise’s Quality team to maintain a high quality of sanctions checks
Take decisions within our policy framework
Work with compliance to evolve policies and processes
Understand and manage training the team on regulatory obligations
processes and auditable screening work to regulators and auditors
Work with third party management
customer support and across compliance to manage operational impact of changes and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
