Must Have
Located and legally authorised to work in Hungary, Excellent written and spoken English skills, 2+ years of experience in leading and developing teams in a similar role, Knowledge in AML / FinCrime fields, Good understanding of and ability to analyze and improve team metrics, Proven track record of taking ownership and responsibility, Great team player, Excellent communication and presentation skills
