Must Have
Fluent in English, Proven success in central operations, transformation, or governance role, Demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and coaching others on repeatable internal business processes, Expert-level proficiency in process design, Expert-level proficiency in strategic communications, Expert-level proficiency in internal governance, Advanced skills in content design, Advanced skills in documentation architecture, Expert-level mastery in credible influence, Expert-level mastery in stakeholder management, Expert-level mastery in strategic problem-solving, Exceptional communication clarity, Proactive approach to coaching and facilitation, Ability to operate autonomously with high accountability
Nice to Have
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organisational Development, or a related field, Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or internal coaching, Experience with an internal OKR/Strategy tracking platforms, Hands-on experience with process mapping and optimisation methodologies

In this role, you are one of the primary architects of the global operating model for theFinancial Crime Operations vertical. You are responsible for the structural integrity, strategic alignment, and cultural health of a multi-domain ecosystem encompassing all FinCrime Operations teams. You serve as a high-leverage partner to the leadership team of FinCrime Ops, translating long-term business strategy into scalable organizational and communications structures and practices. This is a strategic leadership role with a heavy emphasis on organizational design and internal communications framework. You are accountable for the vertical’s readiness - ensuring that as the company scales, the FinCrime Ops infrastructure (people, rituals, and communication) evolves ahead of the curve.
