In this role, you are one of the primary architects of the global operating model for theFinancial Crime Operations vertical. You are responsible for the structural integrity, strategic alignment, and cultural health of a multi-domain ecosystem encompassing all FinCrime Operations teams. You serve as a high-leverage partner to the leadership team of FinCrime Ops, translating long-term business strategy into scalable organizational and communications structures and practices. This is a strategic leadership role with a heavy emphasis on organizational design and internal communications framework. You are accountable for the vertical’s readiness - ensuring that as the company scales, the FinCrime Ops infrastructure (people, rituals, and communication) evolves ahead of the curve.
