What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in at least two different areas of Loan Servicing & Asset Management or equivalent
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in commercial real estate servicing, 5+ years of commercial real estate servicing experience, 1+ years working with McCracken/Strategy loan servicing system, Background in real estate law, accounting/auditing, finance, or commercial loan underwriting/servicing
What You'll Do.
Perform system updates for loan transactions
Input loan data into servicing systems
Conduct quality control audits
Create and update ARM process notices
Collaborate with internal departments
Participate in project execution
Ensure accuracy of system edits
Assist with servicing acquisitions
Administer website access
Obtain missing documentation
