What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, At least 4-6 years relevant work experience, Experience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutions, Working knowledge of at least one of the following financial functions: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), or Payroll (PR), troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operations, Previous software support, technical support, or client-facing application support experience, Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, Experience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliations
