These products and services automate and streamline the employee screening process by combining cutting-edge technology with superior customer service. This role also serves as a key financial leader and trusted advisor to business partners, providing guidance, insight, and mentorship across the team. We seek someone who approaches projects with an innovative, service-oriented mindset, and a strong emphasis on data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mind and a strong desire to make an impact. **What You 'll Work On** * Support and consolidate the Toxicology OMC P&L. Prepare management reporting schedules; analysis of P&L trends and comparisons vs. benchmarks (comparisons to Plan, LBE, and Prior Year); identify key drivers as part of variance analytics. * Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop sales and personnel budgets and forecasts in support of annual Plan and quarterly forecast updates * Liase between Division HQ, the Toxicology Finance
