Master Works is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist / Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. ### **Main Roles & Responsibilities** ### **Financial Statement Reporting** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements * Perform month-end and year-end closing activities * Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments * Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts * Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger * Support internal and external audit requirements * Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and company policies * Assist in financial analysis and reporting to management * Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection * Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies * Support budgeting and forecasting activities when required * Ensure timely submission of financial reports ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus * 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting * Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP * Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication and coordination skills ### **Technical Skills** * Financial statement preparation and reporting * General ledger accounting * Consolidation and intercompany reconciliation * Balance sheet reconciliation * Audit support and documentation * Financial analysis and reporting ### **Systems Knowledge** * Microsoft Excel * NetSuite
