Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Conduct outbound calls to clients to promote and recommend financial products and services aligned with their needs and goals. Engage in meaningful client conversations to understand financial situations and provide tailored solutions and support. Deliver quick and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution. Maintain strong product knowledge across banking and financial offerings, including updates on new campaigns and services. Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate solutions or internal specialists when required. Support a high-volume contact centre environment while maintaining service quality and compliance standards. Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently to manage client interactions and records. Contribute to team performance by achieving individual and collective service and sales objectives. Requirements: Experience in customer service, contact centre, sales, or financial services roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone. Ability to understand financial products and explain solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with performance expectations. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and results. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new financial products, tools, and processes. Collaborative approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
