What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 years of progressive experience in accounting or management reporting, minimum of 3 years in a shared services center or international organization, CPA license, knowledge of general accounting, knowledge of financial reporting, knowledge of month-end close processes, Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice to Have
Experience in process migration or transitions, Exposure to automation initiatives or digital finance tools, Background in working with multinational or cross-cultural teams, stakeholder management experience, reviewer/quality assurance experience, VBA is an advantage

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards

Conduct root cause analysis for issues
Drive and support automation projects
Lead or support process migration activities
Serve as a subject matter expert and business unit point-of-contact for assigned finance processes
