Must Have

Bachelor's/College Degree

Nice to Have

Work experience in bancassurance sales, Sales and customer service experience gained from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries, Self-driven and highly motivated, Personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills

What You'll Do.

Providing life insurance solutions to bank’s clients

Providing life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients

Working closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions

Strengthening long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service

Assisting the Business Center in achieving sales goals and targets

Preparing Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Report

Conducting client calls

and other sales activities

Preparing other reports required by Management

Generating new account relationships

deepening and broadening existing relationships

Performing account handling and maintenance tasks

Maintaining cordial working relations with clients

Preparing and ensuring availability of documentary requirements

Conducting market/competitor shopping

and on-site product presentations

Promoting & facilitating referrals of MCBL products and services

Conducting proper Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Ensuring daily email communications are checked and attended to

conferences and related learning activities

Compliance to all HR System requirements and other HR deliverables

Ensuring 100% completion of compliance trainings

Strict adherence to all customer protection

data handling and other compliance

policy and regulatory requirements

Conducting policy review

Conducting post sales service to all clients

Real-time escalation of complaints to concerned units

Facilitating collection via ADA

over-the-counter or cheque payments

Conducting regular leads planning with BM to be able to generate quality sales leads

Other relevant task/s that may be assigned from time to time

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work in coordination with branch. Sales and service teams; Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions; Regularly reviews and adjusts plans with the Area and Branch Manager; Conducts market/competitor shopping, client mapping, telesales, sales calls, and on-site product presentations for new business acquisitions, sometimes jointly with the Branch Manager; Conduct regular leads planning with BM
