What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field, CPA (or CPA eligible) with financial auditing or public accounting experience, Experience with financial statement consolidations, Extensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Nice to Have
5+ years preferred, CPA charterholder

Prepare consolidated financial reporting
Prepare corporate reporting
Provide accurate financial information
Develop and monitor KPIs
Ensure internal control compliance
Focus on process development
Focus on process improvement
Drive preparation of financial reporting
Prepare multi-level consolidated financial statements
Build and maintain relationships
Review forecasted financial statements
Lead involvement in external audits
Prepare accounting entries
Review accounting entries
Support shared service departments
Understand financials
Oversee internal control analysis
