What You'll Do.

Preparation of 8K, 10Q, 10K reports in compliance with U.

GAAP and SEC regulations, Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met, Support and assist with any transaction related to SEC reporting (i.

M&A, debt issuance, etc.), Assist in the maintenance of internal controls documentation related to corporate financial reporting and accounting to ensure compliance with SOX, Creation of reporting schedules in conjunction with the accounting team, Assist CAO with key reports and presentations, Research and interpret U.

GAAP and SEC draft technical accounting memos, Assist with the preparation of the annual proxy, Monitor new accounting standards and assess their impact on the company, Support complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, stock‑based compensation, leases, business combinations, and impairments, Assist with audit requests and act as a key liaison with external auditors.
