Must Have
6–8 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting, Expert knowledge of IFRS / FRS accounting standards, proven track record of leading month-end closures and managing complex external audits
Nice to Have
background in Big 4 audit or a high-growth FinTech/Tech environment, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA), Prior exposure to payment infrastructure, FinTech platforms, or Blockchain/Web3 ecosystems, High proficiency in ERP systems (e. g. , NetSuite, Workday, SAP, or Oracle), advanced Excel skills for complex financial data analysis, problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data integrity and the ability to provide actionable financial insights, Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a sense of ownership and accountability, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes

Act as the primary liaison for external audits
managing the preparation of technical accounting analyses and ensuring the timely resolution of audit queries
Partner with Tax and Compliance teams to deliver accurate data for MAS submissions

Manage and mentor a team of accountants
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing workflows to optimize closing timelines and operational efficiency
Collaborate with Product

About The Role The Finance Manager will support the Financial Controller in overseeing the company’s financial reporting, month-end close, and finance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strengthening finance processes, and managing a team of accountants across multiple entities. The role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience in financial close and audit processes, and the ability to manage operational finance activities in a fast-paced fintech environment. What You Will Do Lead the end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all group financial statements are accurate and delivered on schedule. Guarantee strict adherence to IFRS/FRS accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory reporting requirements across all entities. Act as the primary liaison for external audits, managing the preparation of technical accounting analyses and ensuring the timely resolution of audit queries.
