What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post Graduate Degree in Finance and Accounting, 5 - 7 years experience in Finance & Value Management, Experience in producing high quality regular reporting and additional analysis, Experience within the Financial/Statutory accounting field
Nice to Have
deep understanding of key drivers which influence typical management decisions, broader understanding of relationships between transactions
What You'll Do.
Support production of regular reporting
Provide requested insights and analytics
Deliver reporting relating to profit & loss
Deliver reporting relating to balance sheet
Produce high quality business reports
Attend to amendment of irregularities
Conduct analytical reviews of data
Highlight material variances against budgets
Obtain analysis and commentary
Identify exceptions in extraction
Develop commentary that accurately addresses requirements
Ensure commentary and insights align with data
Ensure correct reporting templates are utilised
Identify areas where templates can be refined
Extract relevant data from source systems
Aggregate data to represent a global view
Reconcile aggregated data to source systems
Produce intra-month and monthly flash reports
Produce fixed performance reports
Produce costing reports
Produce balance sheet reports
Produce revenue reports
Produce capital management reports

To support the production of regular reporting & requested insights & analytics to enable the Financial Insights Leads, Head of Reporting & Control & businesses in delivering their strategic objectives. Delivery of reporting relating to all aspects of profit & loss and balance sheet to address Business Units, Client, Sector, Region & Legal Entity. This will be achieved through the production of high quality, high impact business reports to agreed standards, formats & timelines. ## Qualifications Minimum Qualification: * Post Graduate Degree in Finance and Accounting Experience Required : * 5 - 7 years experience in Finance & Value Management * Experience in producing high quality regular reporting and additional analysis which will include the provision of insight via commentary. This will have allowed the individual to have a deep understanding of key drivers which influence typical management decisions, specifically within the banking or similar industry. * Experience within the Financial/Statutory accounting field
