What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields required, Minimum of 3 + years of experience in Finance, including Gross-to-Net (GTN), chargebacks, rebates, distribution fees, and returns
Nice to Have
Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical equipment/devices, is strongly preferred, Experience with SAP, Business Objects, and HFM systems is highly desirable but not required, Microsoft Access a plus
What You'll Do.
Create and update GTN rebate rates
Analyze actual expenses vs estimations
Propose potential rate updates
Assess and propose new rates for new products
Review monthly actual GTN accruals
Perform quarterly Chargeback approved vs paid recon
Provide month-end support
Assist in preparing Sales Estimate Reporting
Support the preparation of Channel Inventory updates
Support the preparation of SOX controls
Support Business Planning Cycles
Provide ad-hoc analytical support
Assist in the creation of executive presentations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Finance, Accounting/Controller, Accounts Receivable and The Commercial teams; Interactions with cross-functional teams are necessary; Collaborate with cross functional team to review, explain and reply audit queries; Cross functional work with other finance areas and commercial areas is critical; Close interaction with Rebate financial area; Support Commercial Organization and Chargeback Manager; Ensuring alignment with business partners
Communication Scope
Clear communication; Explain proposals; Explain variations; Reply successfully internal and external audit queries; Provide clear explanation of any variation
