Must be licensed to sell Mutual funds (IFIC or CSC) or close to completion, Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to discover and meet the client’s needs, Computer proficiency in MS Office, Word and excel, Experience in using CASPER, Sales Platform and Royal Bank Investment Systems, Communicate and interact with both clients and partners effectively in person, via email and on the phone, Work in a fast paced environment be well organized and have the ability to work through competing priorities, Work both independently and in a team environment demonstrating collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience in personal lending, investments and general banking is preferred, Fluent in English AND Mandarin OR Cantonese is an asset

Exercising due diligence in following all policies and procedures and identity/correct areas of operational risk
