Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 2+ years of finance or accounting experience, Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis, Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and financial systems, Experience with month-end close processes, SwissCo accounting principles, GAAP accounting principles
Nice to Have
Experience supporting M&A integration or post-merger financial operations, Experience building automated reporting solutions (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar), Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Support financial integration of acquired company
Manage manual finance process components
Develop interim automation
Build bridge reporting
Support Day 1 readiness
Create and document SOPs
Own month-end close activities
Prepare and review reporting packages
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements
Build financial models for forecasting
Analyze financial results vs. forecast
Develop bottoms-up forecasts
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Prepare financial content for leadership reviews
Develop automated reporting solutions
How You'll Work.

Partner with Finance Ops, accounting, treasury, tax, and business teams; Partner with accounting; Partner with business stakeholders; Work cross-functionally
