What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CFP or PFP Designation, Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, In-depth understanding and knowledge of the Canadian taxation system, Working knowledge of financial planning software (Conquest), knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and ability to adapt to a fast changing software

Accounting designation, Bilingual English / French
What You'll Do.
and estate planning strategies using proprietary personal financial planning set of tools
Providing clients with comprehensive financial planning solutions
Acting as the primary financial planner in a centralized service
Partnership role with Financial Planning Specialists in their respective regions
Preparation and ongoing development of proprietary “Compass” comprehensive financial plans
Determining the clients’ objectives
Analyzing the clients’ current situations
Developing appropriate advice
Staying current with financial planning standards and practices
and following up on opportunities for complimentary businesses and solutions
Maintaining a high level of partnership and knowledge regarding all of RBC’s units
Contributing ideas and participating in development projects to enhance services
Providing ongoing coaching and training to other professionals in Wealth Management Services

Partnership role with the Financial Planning Specialists in their respective regions; Maintain a high level of partnership and knowledge regarding all of RBC’s units; Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high-performing team
