What You'll Do.
Lead the annual budgeting process
Prepare supporting analyses
Prepare management presentation materials
Lead the forecasting process
Perform post-cycle variance analyses
Implement improvements to enhance forecast accuracy
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
Perform variance analyses (actual vs budget/forecast)
Interpret key drivers of performance
Develop and maintain financial models (P&L
Support scenario planning
Perform variance analysis between hotel submissions
Perform variance analysis between contractual figures
Perform variance analysis between YTD results
Provide business partnering
Work with department heads / operational leadership
Translate financial objectives into actionable plans
Implement cost-control measures
Implement revenue optimisation
Ensure accuracy of financial data
Ensure timeliness of financial data
Coordinate the consolidation of financial information
Ensure data integrity
Support month-end close processes
Support year-end close processes
Provide commentary for close processes
Provide reconciliations for close processes
Provide insights for close processes
Assist in developing FP&A processes
Assist in improving FP&A processes
Assist in developing FP&A controls
Assist in improving FP&A controls
