Wir richten uns mit dieser Position an analytisch starke Persönlichkeiten, die aktiv zur finanziellen Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäfts beitragen möchten. In dieser Rolle hinterfragst du bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Impulse zur Verbesserung unserer Performance. Als Teil unseres Controlling-Teams mit Schwerpunkt Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) berichtest du direkt an die Managerin Controlling. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Planung und Analyse für unsere Digital Business Unit und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen. In einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld mit Systemen wie SAP, Workday und Salesforce sowie unserem Smart-Work-Konzept (hybrid) gestaltest du aktiv datenbasierte Entscheidungsprozesse. * Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Management-Reportings (monatlich, quartalsweise) inkl. Kommentierung und Handlungsempfehlungen * Durchführung fundierter Abweichungsanalysen (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast) sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung * Aktive Mitwirkung am Budgetierungs- und Forecast-Prozess (Rolling Forecasts), inklusive Modellierung von Szenarien und Sensitivitätsanalysen * Unterstützung des Managements durch Business Partnering: Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen und Präsentationen * Weiterentwicklung unserer FP&A-Instrumente, KPIs und Dashboards zur performanceseitigen Steuerung der Business Unit * Analyse von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Margenentwicklungen sowie Identifikation von Werttreibern * Mitwirkung an der langfristigen Finanzplanung und strategischen Initiativen * Verantwortung für ausgewählte operative Controllingthemen (z. B.
