Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, 5–10+ years of experience in financial services or investment operations, Experience managing multiple functions or teams with diverse responsibilities, understanding of risk management, controls, and data security within an operational environment, Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and improve processes, Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, Experience working with hybrid, virtual, and/or offshore teams, communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Experience with mutual fund operations or transfer agency services, Familiarity with workforce management tools and operational support models, Experience supporting technology implementations or system enhancements

Lead and develop a team of Workforce Management Analysts and Financial Solutions Analysts across hybrid
and offshore environments
